The company has three directors who have extensive experience in various construction fields of specialization. One director is an Architect with over 25 years’ experience in built environments, Project management, Design of buildings, interior and exterior designs, Project Facilities management both locally and internationally.
The Second Director has over 25 years’ experience in Civil and Structural Engineering projects construction both locally and internationally. The third Director has over 22 years’ experience in construction industry specializing in project management, Project facilities management and maintenance.
Design and Build services
- 1. As an alternative form of project delivery, design-build is fast growing and most commonly used project delivery method in the world. Owner enters into a single contract with us to cover both the Architectural design services ,Cost Estimates and the physical Construction of the building.
- 2. The fact that We are a single point of responsibility for the Client to deal with once the contract is awarded make things simpler. The Client is also able to engage with the Us and our Design team or Supply chain earlier in the Design process to try and achieve a more practical or buildable solution if necessary.
